Overall, I really enjoy Gravity Coffee. This was the first location I tried, and I haven’t been disappointed yet.

I expec... read more I would say the latte we ordered was quite good, and the drive-thru line moved quickly. However, I was disappointed with my chocolate chip cookie order. I expected it to be warmed up or at least taken out of the package, but that wasn't the case. Instead, I received one of those protein cookies, which was not what I wanted at all yesterday morning. Lesson learned: I’ll stick to ordering drinks here and skip the snacks. On a positive note, the service was friendly, and I will return for the beverages.

Second they messed up my order and they was trying to tell me that I'm wrong. I spend at this place 45 min. I hope I will never gonna go to this place again.
