Farrelli's Pizza Pool Co - Sumner

I've visited this restaurant before. I still like it, but it's been going down hill. I placed a curbside order for an 8 pm pickup. I got to the curbside spot a little before 8 and called it in. I was told my food was ready and they'd be out shortly. I watched as car after car pulled up and got their order before I did. I flagged down 2 of the employees when they brought other people's food and they promised to look into my order. After waiting in the curbside spot for 45 minutes, I called again and my food was brought out cold a few minutes later. Their food in general used to be really good until they started looking for cheaper ingredients. It's still decent, but as much as prices have gone up I feel like I shouldn't be paying premium for cheaper toppings, especially when they are served cold.

Waited an hour for our food. Server never checked in on us. We had to ask them for help. Pizza was worn and not hot. Must have been sitting for some time before serving us. It's really sad because we have eaten at this this restaurant a few times before this. Some of our party said they would not return again. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Food was good as always. Service was a little slow for as few people that were there.
