Sometimes, the staff gives off a vibe that's a bit dismissive. Overall, though, they're not bad at all.

Honestly, with 8 shots in my drink, it's hard not to have a positive experience. I'm really excited about the Bigfoot here, and I hope to encounter the same tattooed barista on my next visit. Definitely go grab some fuel for your day!

The place only has a drive-up window for orders and accepts debit cards or gift cards to load money onto. They've experienced a few robberies, so they no longer accept cash, only cards now.

Big foot Java need find a solution to the presence of these two individuals working the morning shift at Big Foot Java on 3/6/24 between 0700 0730 am I have obs... read more Big foot Java need find a solution to the presence of these two individuals working the morning shift at Big Foot Java on 3/6/24 between 0700 0730 am I have observed their consistent negative attitude and it appears that they are not invested in their work. Their behavior towards customers is rude and it seems as though they come to work without proper preparation or enthusiasm. Additionally, they smoke during their shifts and use the same hand to prepare drinks. This is not up to the professional standards.

I eventually had to leave without getting my drink. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere as 1 out of 5.

The food was exceptional, earning a perfect score of 5. The service was equally commendable, also deserving a 5. Even though I didn’t dine in, the atmosphere could be felt through the professional and welcoming vibe of the establishment, which I’d rate a solid 5 as well. Overall, a fantastic experience!

I saw the barista prepare a blended coffee for a car and the remainder... read more I walked up and they have a window to order but nothing to go inside, mainly drive thru. I saw the barista prepare a blended coffee for a car and the remainder of the drink in the blender was less than 2cups. I ordered a blended drink energy drink. She asked me if 1 or 2 energy drinks and i said 2, i was charged for 2 and also when she poured the drink the blender was over 4 cups. I said to her that i have no doubt she can make a secondary large drink out of was remaining and that she intentionally did too much ice. I followed up with an email to management, with more detail, and ask them to review their surveillance and see if i’m in the wrong but never a reply. I don’t like paying $12 for a double flavored energy drink when i know i’m only getting half.

I was about 1.7 miles away when I took a sip fro... read more I would advise against visiting this establishment. On June 11, 2023, I stopped by for a coffee around 3:30 PM. I was about 1.7 miles away when I took a sip from my small 16 oz coffee and felt something sharp. It got lodged between my gums and cheek, so I used my tongue to dislodge it. I then picked it off my tongue and was rolling it around in my fingers, initially thinking it might be sugar or plastic. That's when I noticed I was bleeding – it turned out to be glass! I reported this to the staff, who took the drink and the glass, but they are now trying to downplay the situation by claiming it was just sugar. However, sugar doesn’t cause cuts to your throat, tongue, or fingers. Be cautious if you decide to visit this stand.
