This is the only restaurant where the coffee actually tastes as it should. I have visited many Dunkin' locations in my life and, like many others, have found the coffee to not taste the same. However, at this Dunkin', I can guarantee that every time you will get the same delicious coffee. Additionally, the staff is very friendly, especially in the morning. Although I am not sure about the staff during other shifts.

My mother visited this location on Friday night around 11:40 PM. She explained to the man at the drive-thru that she had placed an order at a nearby Dunkin' but found it closed when she arrived. She then went to this Dunkin' on Harlem, mentioning that she had already paid through the app but was unable to get her order due to the other location being closed. Instead of offering assistance, the man rudely responded that it wasn’t his problem. My mother was simply looking for a cup of coffee after work and wasn’t sure how the app worked in cases where the restaurant is closed after ordering. There was no need for him to be disrespectful; he could have explained politely that there was nothing he could do. People like him contribute to the problems in customer service.

The remodel looks great. But that doesn’t change the fact that the location is poorly managed. Every time I go there they’re out of something. Or make my drinks incorrectly. And very bad customer service.

This used to be my go-to Dunkin' every day, but now I think I'll look for another option. They rush you at the drive-thru and often forget something from your order. If you order the grilled cheese, they simply throw some cheese between two pieces of bread, toast it, and hand it to you without even buttering the bread. I'm really disappointed; it’s just not the same as it used to be.
