Full menu including Burgers, fries, PoBoy's, Seafood and Plate Lunches ! arrived 2pm so I missed the lunch crowd BUT I Also MISSED the Daily Plate Lunch special my bad . The owner TREATED me to a pineapple pistachio dessert while I was waiting for my Double meat Cheeseburger with fries. When it arrived fully dressed it was definitely MORE than I could eat. But it WAS quite delicious. The establishment is stuck in the middle of a strip business center that sits BACK FROM the state hwy BUT ON the State Hwy. two competitors are around the corner in opposite directions but OFF the MAIN Hwy through town. A Strategically Place Billboard COULD HELP in attracting business because even I HAVE DRIVEN BY their establishment MANY TIMES, hungry and wanting something other than chicken. But was well past the business closer to another WHEN the thought crossed my mind. To my knowledge, there ARE 11,000 cars that pass thru Summit every day... and TATERS IS the ONLY EATERY IN TOWN ON HWY 51. SO LOOK as you get to the Driver's License Office you WILL see the sign.PARKING IS HAS BEEN A ISSUE for MANY YEARS. the businesses have TOO FEW parking spaces for their customers.Parking: Each business has a set of parking spaces. In the past, the Driver's license office customers WERE USING MANY of the spaces designed for other businesses. This has been resolved.
