We are always happy to eat in this restaurant. Servers are very friendly, the place is BYOB and the food is incredibly fresh and tasty. The specials are always a great option. Portions are generous and the coating is very sweet. Recommended especially in summer in outdoor seats

We went to Fin after visiting Papermill Playhouse and enjoyed the atmosphere, food and staff. I had the lobster slides, my wife had the German style mussels, and both were excellent. The staff was friendly and professionally attentive. The room is pleasantly designed to show a theme by the sea.

I'm so mad at myself that I waited so long to taste this great restaurant! I was not sure how good it will be because there were so many mixed reviews! It is definitely a solid 4 stars! The menu itself, and the unique flavors of each dish had 5 stars! I didn't evaluate it 5 stars because my salmon's duck was kind of soft and the skin to it was muddy. That could be because the salmon was frozen, then froze. Freshly caught salmon should be firm and the skin on it with a light tack. Another reason I couldn't give it is 5 stars because dinner was served without forks, knives or spoons. I had to take something from the table behind me so we could eat our meals. Clean utensils should always be present before each course is served. For starters we had the Bangbang cauliflower and the lobster Mac and cheese. Both are a must order! As I said, every dish was 5 stars in the flavor department! The Bangbang cauliflower came in a delicious sweet chilli sauce! The Mac and the cheese were rich and decadent as it should be! I totally loved it and swore it! For ducks we ordered the swordfish and the salmon. Both had a unique and excellent taste. I would say the salmon was the best of both, but both were AMAZING! The salmon came in a fantastic sweet Asian bbq glazed sauce! I couldn't get enough of it! It was so good! The swordfish came in a cilantro-lime vinaigrette, which was very delicious! Do not let yourself be made without ordering one of their house desserts! We ordered the walnut bread pudding and the chocolate cake. Both were incredible! You can't go wrong with one! My waitress Isabella has done a great job to describe all the dishes and help us decide what to choose! She was very friendly and with her recommendations on site! The portions here are generous and the prices were very reasonable! I absolutely loved this restaurant and how every dish was filled with taste! I recommend it at Fin Raw Bar at Summit!

Great food! Parking is just in the area. BYOB. We forgot to bring wine, but we could order a wine through the restaurant. Oysters were fresh and my sushi roll was amazing. Hard enough to be a dinner

Delicious food and very attentive and friendly staff! With all things COVID going on, it was nice to enjoy a nice night out in beautiful Summit under the tent with the staff taking turns and working together constantly to take care of us. Very happy with our meals and experience at Fin’s! I ordered the swordfish while my boyfriend ordered the Cod — the miso that they cod was in (of course I tried it! was very unique! Great place to visit in Summit.
