Wh... read more I was excited to enjoy my favorite jelly donut from Dunkin', but I left disappointed. The dough tasted stale, and the jelly was much thicker than I remember. What bothered me most was that the donut was coated in granulated sugar instead of the powdered sugar that I’ve always expected from Dunkin’ locations. I believe franchises should have consistent standards across their menu to maintain quality. Please keep using powdered sugar for your jelly donuts!

However, when I arrived at 5:15, the place was still closed. This has happened multiple times when they've been late to open.

The employee made a remark suggesting that I only came in to use the restroom since I hadn't ordered a drink yet. In reality, I was just passing by the counter to find my coworker so we could place our orders together. I usually visit Dunkin' at least once or even twice a day, but now I’ll definitely think twice before coming back to this location.
