The young employee who scooped my ice cream and made my shake seemed to struggle quite a bit. It looked like the ice cream was too frozen, making it difficult for her to scoop and blend. While waiting, I saw her leave the refrigerator door open for an extended period while retrieving milk for my shake. The employee who helped the family after me appeared disinterested and lacked enthusiasm when they asked her questions. All I can emphasize is that if you're short-staffed, it's important to communicate that to your customers and try to acknowledge them. Also, if you're having a tough day, it’s best not to let that affect your service.

Since moving to the area, we’ve ordered delivery from this restaurant through Uber Eats multiple times and have always been very happy with our meals. A couple of weeks ago, we dined in for the first time, and the experience was just as enjoyable. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that every order for our large group was correct. I highly recommend this place! They offer a vegan menu, and we really appreciate the variety of plant-based options. It’s great to see tasty choices that are also cruelty-free. Additionally, they have a completely separate grill for preparing all vegan dishes, which eliminates any worries about cross-contamination.

Today, I ordered through Uber Eats, and I felt that the preparation time was excessively long. When my food finally arrived, everything was stone cold, including the burnt onion rings. The milkshakes were melted, and there were no sauces or straws included. I monitored the order status, so I don’t believe it was an issue with the driver. I'm quite disappointed. In response to the owner’s reply: I attempted to contact a manager, but no one answered the phone.

Love this place, ice cream is plentiful, it is a little weird they have two scoops size, and then they have two large scoops size.

My wife and I give this visit a 5 star review all because of our service of lizzie. she was looking for a great server. sweet, friendly and personal. this was our first time to visit this special ye old fashioned, but it will not be our last. I hope lizzie gets the recognition she deserves. many thanks to lizzie! you are great!
