"I recently tried the big fish and chips, and after spending months in and around London, I can confidently say it's one of the best I've had. The batter was crispy, and the fish was perfectly cooked. It definitely brought back memories of my time in the city!".

I heard from my nephew, who lives in Summerville, that the Codfather Fishing Company was quite good. It wasn't far from our motel, so we decided to give it a try. This is a fantastic spot for fish and chips, along with a variety of other dishes. We tried the fish and chips, sausage, curry chicken pot pie, and a muddy heap for dessert, all accompanied by alcohol-free drinks and a few beers from the bar. You place your order in line, and the food is brought to your table wrapped in rolled white paper. The bar offers a great selection of specialty beers. The staff is friendly and efficient, making for a pleasant experience whether you’re dining in the restaurant, enjoying drinks at the bar, or sitting outside.

The first time was a visit and the food was really good. the barmanager was super friendly. there are two sides. the eating side has the feeling of almost food and the bar side where an attempt was made to feel it like an English pub. the 1/2 order of fish and chips was 1 decent size piece of cod and beautiful golden brown frits. nothing was salted, but salt is on the table, so they can salt to their taste. the teersauce was really good. they also have meatcake and other tasty items on the menu. see the pictures. happy house is all day on Friday. will come back and taste a meat cake.
Wonderful chippy shop from a British family! The American person enjoyed the sausage roll so much she got a couple to go! The Brits all enjoyed the cod and chips and proper pints! Everything was delicious!
