I’ve always had a good visit with this location : and I enjoy doing mobile pick up : I run in and I run out. I did try the churro…and it was disgusting. It smelt great but tasted like a roll of chemicals. Could just be my taste buds. I plan on trying the pretzel footlong cookie soon. Fingers crossed y’all. View all feedback.

This location needs to be reminded that customer service requires her to be nice to everyone including delivery drivers. And it needs to be cleaned and restocked. View all feedback.
Came in March 5 around 6:45 young lady and a young guy were working as soon as I went to order the guy goes to order the guy goes... Done and apparently goes on break as it gets busy again with the screen beeping with online orders like crazy! She takes care of me very professionally this young lady needs a raise!!!! She was great! Him .... Not so much
Finally, for the first time ever since moving to South Carolina 4 years ago I was greeted with outstanding customer service, a smile, and they prepped the food fresh to order correctly. The two individuals working on this specific date of the review on sunday, it was a female and a male both, they should both get promotions for their outstanding efforts
Subway should think about having someone on shift specifically for online orders. Having both staff members work on orders for people who actually come inside and the orders online creates a serious delay and is not efficient. I came inside to see a long row of online orders being worked by the only two workers inside, while a couple of customers who came in along with myself waited with no acknowledgement.
The Manager or leader, I don't know, is as rude as a person can be.I will stay hungry before spending one cent at this Subway.
I placed an online order for this location tonight at 5:10pm as I pass by it on my way home from work and it was the closest location to me. I got 2 turkey footlongs; one with pepperoni and one with bacon. I arrived at 5:27pm and my order wasn’t completed which was not an issue at all since I was in no rush and I saw the amount of online orders that were coming in on top of the customers in store. The two guys behind the counter looked really stress (I completely get it as I used to work in food and bev) but they were both very polite. My issue is that they were rushing to get all the orders out on time and after waiting for 40 minutes they forgot to cook my bacon. It’s not a big issue, I just took it off the sandwich, but was still a little upset since I paid extra for the bacon. No fault to the two individuals, but it may be a smart idea to have more than 2 workers behind the line during dinner hours.
