The food is excellent and the service is great, but the atmosphere could use some improvement. I would love to see them expand into a new, fresh location in the Summerville Square area, or at least offer delivery through Uber Eats, as it's quite a drive to get there—but definitely worth it. What Tara Lawson doesn't like about Sanno Grill:
Ordered 3 sushi rolls and could not finish them. The tuna was fresh, but the shrimp and the cucumbers weren't. The rolls fell apart immediately and were not rolled correctly. Service was fast and nice, but this restaurant is struggling and was not properly staffed. The atmosphere was tense. View all feedback.
Steak was tasty and cooked right food came out super fast and all of it tasted
The lady working the front was so nice. She told me we would enjoy the food and of course it was amazing. Definitely will go back.

Sushi was not good or authentic in any way, the people were nice
Enjoyable experience every time! Food, service, and prices keep them at the top of the dinner options list for our family.
