I like the food and the concept, but it seemed kind of like a cookie cut version of every other american style 'Cafe. 'What I ordered versus what I received wasn 't as good as the advertisement. The soup was delicious, but had far less broccoli(or pieces of broccoli)... than I expected...The greens on my sandwich were less than fresh and were not consumed.I will try again another time, perhaps the time day played a r... What Joshua Hope doesn't like about Panera Bread:
This place is almost a bigger joke than a Goose Creek Dunkin donuts. 50 minute wait until I finally pulled out, if you value your time I strongly recommend not going here View all feedback.
French onion soup no CHEESE I PAID $30 for my meal tonight and it’s all WRONG VERY
During a recent visit to Panera Bread in Summerville, I encountered an experience that was as delightful as it was delicious, defining what a lunchtime outing should ideally be like. The staff at this establishment were a cut above the rest, setting the tone with their remarkable efficiency that did not go unnoticed. It was evident from the seamless way orders were taken and prepared, all while maintaining a bustling yet orderly atmosphere. In a place where the bread is as much a staple as the coffee is for a barista, the staff's knowledge about their various bread types was impressive. Their ability to informatively walk customers through the textures and flavors of each loaf, bagel, and pastry on display not only showcased their expertise but also their passion for the products they serve. This expertise translated into an invaluable asset when it came time to order. But it wasn’t just their efficiency or knowledge that made the visit memorable; it was the staff's ability to provide excellent meal recommendations. On their suggestion, I tried one of their seasonal specials, which was not only a satisfying choice but a delightfully curated meal that elevated my lunch experience. It was a harmonious balance of flavor and nutrition, leaving no doubt in my mind that their recommendation came from a place of genuine understanding of their menu and customer preference. In an age where dining out can feel transactional, the staff at Panera Bread in Summerville brought back a sense of personal touch with their attentive and engaging service. This Panera Bread isn’t just a place to eat; it’s a haven for bread lovers and food enthusiasts alike, where one can expect to be guided to their new favorite meal with a smile. If you’re ever in the area and in need of a nourishing lunch that comes with a side of excellent service, look no further than this gem in Summerville.
My phone app order is never there .. when I walk in and most of the time … I need to wait another 5 minutes until they find
I came to this location to get soup for my girlfriend who was sick at home. My app said that the food was ready, but I couldn’t see it in any of the designated pick-up locations. I decided that maybe the food just wasn’t out yet and waited. I sat there for around 10 minutes before asking an employee out front about the order. He told me they mark it complete early sometimes and I just need to wait. He then decided to go back and check himself. He returned with the food saying that it was ready, but it was just in the wrong spot.On top of all of this, I made it home only to find that I was missing the soup that I came there for. Mind you, this is a franchise location, so if something is wrong with your order you can suffer through customer support only to be told that the owner will reach out to you and they never do.Sadly this is not my first bad experience here, but it may be my last.
