Jefferson's - Summerville

The food was undercooked; the hamburger meat was pink, and the mac and cheese for kids was cold. However, the service was excellent, and the rest of the food was quite good. It was dinner time, and the average price per person was between $30 and $50. I recommend trying the hamburger. There was plenty of parking available in the free lot.

Autumn and Lindsey are fantastic servers! They are always friendly, generous, and professional, providing top-notch service every time. Jefferson’s is truly lucky to have them! Food: 5 stars, Service: 5 stars, Atmosphere: 5 stars.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. First of all..:when we came in there was no one to seat us and we couldn’t even sit down at a table because all the empty tables had dirty dishes on them. When we finally got seatedthey took our order. Mine was chicken fingers and fries. My hubby ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich with fries.and asked for jalapeños on it. It took half an hour to get our ordereven though they were not busy. When we git our order my chicken strips were so dry and hard that I couldn’t eat them and the fries were cold. My hubbies Philly cheesesteak sandwich was loaded with grease and didn’t have the jalapeños he requested on them. His fries were at room temperature. Waitress only came by two times our whole meal to see if we needed anything. Waitresses spent most of their time at the bar laughing amongst themselves. First time here. Will not be back! Didn’t get my order the way I asked for it. Philly was good but very greasy, fries were room temperature. My wife’s chicken strips were dry, hard and stringy. Her fries were cold. Many people coughing without covering their mouths. I don’t recommend this place for anyone to eat at Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
