Oscar, the shift manager, is very rude and unprofessional. I called the store because a long strand of curly, black hair was in my pasta. He didn 't even offer an apology. He rudely said, What do you want me to do about it? He isn 't happy with his job because there is no need to treat a customer like that when something happens. They didn 't bother to tell us for nearly 2 hours that they don 't deliver to our address. We didn 't have a problem picking up but letting us know when we put the order in would have been stellar.When we asked if they 'd be re-making our food that had been sitting for 1.5 hours that we paid $54 for, they said no because its sitting under the heaters. We could have gone to a sit down restaurant for less than that, but the whole point is that we didn 't want to leave the house after a long week.Get there to pick up our food, food is cold and our drinks are warm.Literally any single ounce of basic communication would have made this a much better experience.
The front desk staff was beyond professional and respectful.

Order pizza at 622. PREP at 628 not in oven till 657! When went in to pickup and girl cutting and packing it took a tinfoil pan and poured something over the pizza. Cashier said what should I do with this..other girl said give it to her. Box wouldn't even stay closed. I opened it and asked what she had poured on it. Cashier sd it was your Italian sausage. It looked like throw up. Very unappealing. She then sd I think they just put another in the oven. I sd am I going to receive a discount or something to wait another 45 min? She asked the manager and she' sd she'll have to pay. I left without the pizza. Never had a bad experience here until now.
Food was ok but not fresh due to taking over an hour to be delivered after it left the store. Also, don 't bother calling. After answering the phone they put me on hold immediately, then after about 5 mins of waiting someone answers and I tell them that the tracker is giving me an error and won 't show me the progress of my order, the girl on the phone says give me a minute and puts me on hold. The food got delivered 15 minutes later and she still had me on hold so I stayed on the phone for another 10 mins to see if she would come back but she never did. Might give them another try but I won 't have very high expectations next time.
