Chili's Grill - Summerville

Waited over an hour for our food. It came out nice and hot but we never got napkins, silverware showed up halfway through our meal, straws took 4 times of us asking for them, server didn't even have a pen so she used a crayon we had at the table with the kids menu, took 3 requests for my beer to show up, and everyone in our section had empty cups for a majority of their meal. They had plenty of wait staff but it looked like they where busy in the back hugging and chatting to come out and help the server who obviously was not good at doing her job. I won't be back to this location for a long time.

Called to do a pickup order while parked outside.. since they close in 30 minutes. The girls answered and hung up on me THREE TIMES. As I’m watching them from the Togo parking spot. I called back the fourth time and someone said “it can’t ring if it’s not on the hook” and now all I hear is them cursing and laughingly loudly talking about everything under the sun. A male just asked them if they checked the bathrooms. Still watching from the parking lot. Next time we’ll just come in and eat 30 minutes before closing since calling in advance is such a big problem. Hate your job? Get a new one

I ordered a chicken salad to go my lettuce was not fresh it had brown strings of old lettuce mixed throughout. While waiting in the car for my order you have about 4-5 employees sitting outside in their break area smoking marijuana I'm sure the manager didn't care cause they didn't seem to be on lookout nor did they seem like they trying to hide it as they were loud laughing and conversing with one another. Maybe if they were actually working sober i would've gotten a fresh salad. This was my second time visiting this store and will be my last.

We waited 15 min to get water and place an order. Then we waited another hour on our food, all the while with empty glasses. (And some straws that were promised but never delivered. The place was not busy, 50% of the tables were available. We thought waiting 75 min was more than reasonable, then we left. Never got the food.

We are locals who have enjoyed the Summerville Chili's for decades. This was our last chance visit. They failed! We will not be back. It took 20 min for our bartender to take our drink order since our server hadn't been by yet. She did not know what beers were on draft! It took another 10 minutes to receive flat draft beer. We had to return our drafts to order bottles. Our chips and Salsa came out quick! After waiting on our entree 45 mins our side salad arrived. It was pathetic. ...lettuce and cheese with dressing. We asked our server to cancel our order and send the bill. The manager came over very aggressive questioning our beer order and our food. She was not accountable for anything and even tried to say they would just pack our dinner to go since it had just been placed to the kitchen 13 minutes ago!!! It was 45 min!!! We ended up being charged $22 for 4 domestic beers since draft was flat but also the happy hour special). Very disappointing and a huge waste of time and money. We will not be returning
