While traveling my family and I stopped at Applebee's in Summerville WV. The restaurant was busy and the had 1 manager and one sever (Kelly) and two people in the kitchen and they handle it like pro's with smiles and fantastic attitudes. Everything was wonderful! What Elizabeth B doesn't like about Applebee's Grill:
Ordered 2 of the exact same entrees from 2 for $25 menu and they didn’t give one of the mashed potatoes, the broccoli had no butter or seasoning on it and was brown 2 days later and the steaks were over cooked and flavorless. For $40 for a $25 meal, it was pretty subpar. View all feedback.

We had a going away dinner party for my son at this restaurant! There were about 16 of us, and we were served by Caitlyn who was very prompt in getting our drinks.
