I told him he was unprofessional and would not be back.
This subway has young employees with very rude settings and demeanor. I did not want to let them ruin my day, but their interaction will fill their day with negative energy. the guide that monitors this place should be ashamed of when I would call the restaurantmine.
Order curbside pickup online. app said the order was finished, but the person she picked up for me waited for an extra 10 minutes after the click on which I click here. called the place several times to check the status, but no one answered. my partner knocked on the door and they told him that the brot was cooking and it would take a while (discover the finished status on the app and no notifications about the app or phone). wait 20 more minutes (ex 30 minutes total). the partner finally came home and we opened the bag and the sandwiches that should be roasted were not and all sandwiches were soggy. then discovered that the cookies I ordered were not in the pocket. I also want to notice that they were not busy, so not sure why there were problems on each step. very disappointed.
Need online ordering to line up with store hours. Placed for pickup at 8:30. Google says store closes at 9. Got there at 8:30 to a locked door and 2 patrons telling me they closed at 8 and they didn’t have my order. I called the manager and will be waiting for my refund. Very frustrating…
Placed an order on the APP for curbside at 11:35. Pick up time noon. Pulled up to drive thru at 12:03 and was told they were working on it. Sat there and watched person after person go in order, get their food and leave. I asked about my order and getting my money back and the guy just stared at me. Finally went inside and asked for my money back and the same guy asked if he was supposed to stop helping the customers that were already there to help me. There are so many things I could say about this rude a hole. Do not patronize this establishment!
