Shell - Summerdale

Quit stopping the pumps. We already know we are getting screwed.

This store switched the gas and diesel in their tanks and when it ruined my diesel truck they told me to call my attorney because they was not giving me any insurance information. Yet I have the receipt that the owner printed out and gave me showing my purchase was for diesel and my truck only made it a mile from the store before shutting off and having to be towed to shop, who discovered the tank was full of gas. Also filled my brand new $68,000 excavator with it.

This will be an unbiased review, I wont be just saying what I'm saying because i work here. That out of the way, this is a very friendly place to shop in, we do our best to put our customers first! Customer service is very important to us, we want you to feel welcome and like you belong here, whether you're a regular or a visitor, we want you to feel like YOU are part of the Big C's family! If you don't come in smiling ill do my best to make sure you leave with one I try to be funny because most of the customers enjoy it, plus when someone leaves smiling and laughing, I feel confident that I've given good customer service. Even though I saved 3 cents per gallon by using the Shell app, the gas was still 3 cents per gallon more than what was advertised. Additionally, they play loud and terrible pop music at the pumps. I'll be steering clear of this station from now on.

I had the lunch plate today for $10.99, which came with a 32oz drink. There was a lot of food—more than I could finish for lunch! The chicken was tasty, but unfortunately, it was a bit cold, probably from an earlier batch. I ordered the chicken tenders.
