We ordered two foot-long sandwiches but only received two flimsy napkins. The bread on my wife's sandwich was as hard as a rock; there’s no way it was baked today—it must have been several days old. Additionally, they don’t accept coupons.

They were short with answers and snappy with comments. They were laughing and making snarky remarks to each other under their breath. It was just plain uncomfortable. There were quite a few people in line so maybe there were frustrated but they shouldn't act that way in front of customers IMO.
