I wish I could give this establishment more than 5 stars. I visited this location a few days ago and though I normally am strictly a drive-thru visitor I’m glad I chose to dine in. The customer service amongst all the employees was above and beyond. The general manager was present when I visited and she was so friendly and treated each customer like family. There was no wait and the food was fresh. If you’re considering visiting this location I promise you won’t be disappointed I surely wasn’t. Thank you Sumiton Hardee’s for creating such a welcoming and professional environment. Sincerely an extremely satisfied customer.
Waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes, the soda machine was broken, told the cashier that the lady in front of us left so he wouldn't get the order wrong, we pulled out and noticed he got the order wrong, went inside and waited another 10 minutes for my order. I will not go back. This place needs management. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast
