When I went there there was no waiter or owner at all... Only people working on construction.. and little kids who were sleeping on benches.. I had time to ask the building manager and he told the owner... and was told to wait... I waited for about 10 minutes and still no one came to me at all... because I was hungry, finally I decided to leave without any clarity... the ethnic place was just a bit dusty... Input for...
