I don’t mind waiting for great food, but it’s frustrating when you get home and find there’s been a mistake with your order. You’d expect some form of compensation, but sadly that wasn’t the case here. The staff was unprofessional and couldn’t manage my complaint, offering no solution for the mix-up. The burgers were overpriced for their small size, and when I asked for the owner's contact information, they refused to give it to me and treated me disrespectfully, consistently hanging up on me. I highly recommend going to Bubba's Burger next door, where they truly value their customers. The quality of their food is outstanding, and the staff is always friendly! Plus, you definitely get more for your money!
