What Valencia Tolbert doesn't like about Starbucks:
I ordered a grande caramel macchiato hot. she made it cold and when she remade it, the hot one was nasty. I wanted to get a croissant or a cheese danish but there was a fly inside of the case as well as some gnats. I asked if they had anything covered up in plastic stored somewhere else and she said what was in the case was all they had... absolutely nasty View all feedback.
I truly enjoy getting my coffee from this place. The atmosphere is consistently welcoming, and the staff maintains a fantastic attitude. It's definitely one of my top choices for perfectly prepared drinks. I always feel that the trip is worthwhile, and I make a point to leave a tip for their excellent service. A special thank you to Kaitlyn and her colleague— I know it can be challenging to handle impatient customers sometimes, but they always go above and beyond. Thank you!

I choose not to support Starbucks due to the disrespect they've shown to our veterans and active-duty military personnel.
I'm not sure if it's because I ordered in person, but this Starbucks is the only one that actually fulfills my request for extra caramel. At other locations, I've tried various ways to ask for it, but they always seem to deny me. I even asked one barista how to phrase my request to ensure I got the extra caramel, and their response was simply, "I don't know." It's almost funny! However, this location was fantastic; I received my coffee while I was shopping, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I highly recommend it!
The server, River, was exceptionally efficient. He managed the line by himself without any hesitation, almost like a machine. He definitely deserves a promotion; he was all about getting the job done.
