Smoothie King - Sulphur

I've been coming to Smoothie King for years, one of the best places to get a smoothie. Never have I ever been to a place that could not make a smoothie right for anything. 3rd time in a row now I've been here and had my 1 smoothie order messed up. I'll ask for a chocolate flavor and it'll come out strawberry. There was an issue with my points ave my rewards.my reward didn't redeem and even though i spent 17 dollars my points dropped by 400 and the guy at the window just said I don't know what to do.

I waited up front for at least five minutes and called out several times to no avail. I literally had to call the store while being inside to get the worker up front. She said she was smoking out back. She didn't wash her hands and immediately starting making my shake. I asked for my military discount and she said she never heard of that.
