Long John Silver's Taco Bell (9540)

The fish, shrimp, and fries were greasy and unappetizing. The drink dispenser was empty, and the floors felt slick and dirty. Overall, our experience was quite disappointing. This is not the Long John’s I remember.

We ordered from both Taco Bell and Long John Silver's and ended up waiting 30 minutes, even though there were no other customers in the restaurant. Overall, the experience was disappointing. I specifically requested no tomatoes, but received them anyway. Additionally, I was missing part of my order—no coleslaw and no cocktail sauce. I did get an extra hush puppy, but that was the only positive note. The food was not warm, and the fish had a rubbery texture. It felt like a frustrating experience at both Taco Bell and Long John Silver's. I'm just glad we decided to stop by.

This restaurant is completely unacceptable. They consistently mess up orders. We waited for 45 minutes only to receive the wrong meal. Our order included prawns, mild sauce, malt vinegar, several drinks, and napkins. Every table in the lobby was dirty. There was a worker from Tamco who had no customer service skills and insisted on interrupting my conversation. I will never come back to this place.

Give order from which he tells. I've chosen something else from pommes. selected something different and substituted hushpuppies for pommes. I saw another review that they ran out a month earlier. I asked for nothing to drink. Last trip here was all cooked. will never come back!

I went to this location because it also had Long John Silver 's option, but was unable to order shrimp because they were out of it. Additionally I ordered the sunrise frozen drink only to be told the machine was broken. Since I wasn 't getting a drink with my combo I asked for 2 extre hushpuppies I had to order either 6 or 12 separately. Most places will exchange the drink for another side evenly, all I wanted was 2 additional hushpuppies but was forced to order 6 additional instead of a business which didn 't have items I ordered accommodating the customer they chose to force an up sale while saving their costs by not serving all items included in the price of the combo meal. Needless to say I won 't go back to this location.
