dq used to be the go-to spot, but not anymore. I had a disappointing meal with a freshly cooked patty, but old bread and cold fries. The pandemic has affected the quality of food at many restaurants, but that is no excuse. I paid for a service that was not delivered and I feel let down. View all feedback.
Friendly and speedy service through the drive-thru.
I ordered the Dude sandwich and fries for 5.99 but they rang regular price. The girl was reluctant to correct it until i asked why if the sign above said it was. She just didn't know how to do it on the register and finally asked. Burger and Dude sandwich was good but came with old, cold fries. We asked for fresh and they gave us fries that were a little better but still not good and we ended up just throwing them out. After we were done with our food, we ordered a mini and regular size blizzard. After 15 minutes and hardly anyone else eating inside or going through the drive through, my husband went to ask about our ice cream and they I guess forgot.
The prices are somewhat steep, but the quality of the food is excellent I got only a medium strawberry cheese eisstock
Be careful what you order and always double check your food. Ordered a Jalito burger. Double patty, light sauce, with cheese. They gave me a single patty, no cheese with tomatoes. The burger doesn't even come with tomatoes. The only thing they got right was the light sauce. This isn't the first time this has happened either.
Chicken strips were hard and inedible, fries were cold. When I showed the food to the cashier she just walked away. Won't be back
