Chili's Grill - Sulphur Springs

As soon as I walked into the restaurant, I immediately felt the need for air conditioning. It was a scorching 100 degrees outside, and I was exhausted, hungry, and thirsty. The smell of food from the kitchen welcomed me as I entered, and I noticed a few empty martini glasses on the bar, still with salt on the rims. I sat down, picked up a menu, and took a quick glance at it. While waiting to place my order, I found myself distracted by the televisions on the wall. After about 5-7 minutes, I decided to approach the bartender. She took my order promptly and was friendly and sociable. My food arrived quickly, and the service from all the staff was very friendly. I decided to order another beer, and if I had stayed longer, I'm sure they would have kept me satisfied. The food was good, the service was decent, the place was clean, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Prices were a bit high, but that seems to be the norm these days. Overall, it was a nice place to come in, relax, have a few drinks, enjoy a meal without having to cook, and have a good time.

I decided to give this restaurant another chance, despite a previous bad experience with their chili. Unfortunately, we had to wait half an hour for our food, which arrived lukewarm. The pasta was cold and the steak portion was much smaller than expected - it should have been 6 ounces. The only positive aspect of our meal was the service we received from our server. Although I didn't catch her name, she was very friendly and patient.

I dined at Chili's in Hot Springs, Arkansas back in June. Upon returning home, I discovered that they had double charged my credit card. The manager assured me that it would be resolved within 7 to 10 days and refunded to my account. However, after 20 days, I had yet to receive any refund. Despite calling multiple times, there was no answer and I was very dissatisfied with the service.

The food is good and the service also. have loved the decorated eating!

I met my brother here for a birthday dinner and we had a very pleasant time. The food was good and the service was great. My server kept the drinks full and spaced out the time between appetizers and entree as it should be.
