Chicken Express - Sulphur Springs

I just left there and after 15 minutes my order was getting readyAs the lady was putting my gizzard s in a box she dropped one on the counter and with no gloves on went ahead and put it in my box. Not worth the 8.76 I paid for 9 gizzard to start with

When you have an open time of 10:30 you would think you would open at 10:30, I may be over reacting but this pregnant woman wanted some food at 10:30….when you open. Went to walk in door was locked and the people inside knew I was standing out in the rain

Service was OK atmosphere was fine taste good but tore my stomach up Would not recommend!!!

I love chicken express but this location was horrible, it took about 25 minutes of sitting at the window to finally get our food. When we got our food, our rolls were completely smushed, neither the fries or chicken were fresh, and there were several eyelash hairs at the bottom of our chicken box. Absolutely disgusting, will never come back.

I usually only go here for the ice. Food isn't bad and employees are friendly though.
