On Feb 23rd I went to the store to order chicken Parmesan papa bites. And you can see the hair in one of them. It was very disappointing. I wish you use some masks and bones and such to cover hair while preparing food. It is not hygienic.

We recently visited Papa John 's to collect our takeout order and were overwhelmed with the kindness from the manager and entire team. Arriving earlier than our order, my youngest son wanted to watch the pizza making in action so we headed inside the store. Not only did the manager and team safely invite him 'behind the scenes ' to watch the pizza magic in action, they let him make his own personal pizza. My son has not stopped talking about his incredible visit to Papa Johns. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for turning a simple pizza pick up into an unforgettable memory! Customers for life :

Every time I order from here I have problems with the staff and the delivery people and management on top of that when I don’t order I still have to deal with them because they block multiple parking spaces. They’re rude and Management does nothing about it, also the service is

I just ordered 2 pizzas online for delivery. The second pizza came with the wrong toppings. (Meat and my girlfriend is a vegetarian) The store manager Taha, refused to remake it (i offered to come get it) or even refund me. I reported this to corporate and told him I would. He said “good luck”.
