I enjoy Mexican cuisine and often find it to be a reliable choice while traveling. I came across a small vegetarian restaurant nearby, but I was tired of the typical juice bars with bland options. What User doesn't like about Mex 1 Coastal Cantina:
My wife and I were pretty unimpressed. We ordered the street corn queso, which was pretty good, but nothing to write home about. I enjoyed it, anyway. I think my wife less so. We both got the bowls, her with shrimp and mine with Carnitas. Her shrimp was good, but waaaaay too salty. My carnitas was a bit on the dry side. Dinner Saturday night. Very busy, even early (5 pm). Everything was delicious and quickly delivered. Loved it all! Guacamole was ?!
Good service. Went for brunch **** mary was great! Breakfast burrito was unimpressive, bland, and smothered in below-average queso. Other breakfast entrees looked better.
Not too busy on a Saturday night, good atmosphere and not too loud. Great food, can't go wrong with the Baja bowls and the amazing shrimp they have here. Strong drinks without the strong taste, very nice place.

Staff super friendly Yummy frozen Margarita Banging shrimp tacos were delicious. Great eating on porch. Stopped in on a whim and we were glad we did.
