Mcdonald's - Sullivan

Conmon mistake in the drive thru. No big deal other then the extremely Rude employee working the second window by the name of Hayden. I have NEVER been one to go out of my way to give a negative review but she was completely unprofessional.

The woman who took my order must have been in a horrible mood. When it was my turn to order she said something like “what do you want to order” not smile or anything so I was like “hey how are you doing?” And she just said “what do you want” so I ordered my food and she was just horrible throughout. When I said everyone in my party (3) wanted water she said that she had to charge for a regular cup otherwise we would receive a courtesy cup. I said courtesy cups would be good. She only gave us 2 by slapping the cups on the counter and walking away. When the next girl (who was much more pleasant) walks to the counter I told her that we needed another courtesy cup for water and she just gave us a regular small cup (which every McDonalds I’ve ever been to in the past has done.The girl who took our order…… her poor attitude and terrible service is completely uncalled for.

An elderly woman worker snapped at me for not picking up a cup at the counter after ordering from the kiosk.
