Hardee's - Sullivan

I give five stars for the excellent customer service! I ordered the grilled chicken burrito from Red Burrito and I would definitely recommend it. However, my burrito had only three small pieces of chicken, ice-cold picante sauce, and what looked like an entire can of runny refried beans. We went back through the drive-thru to explain the issue and decided to order their chicken strips instead. The five-piece chicken strips were fantastic and juicy! They even gave them to me for free to make up for the bad burrito. We will definitely return to this Hardee’s in Sullivan, Indiana. Thank you for your commitment to great customer service!

The sandwich was cold and tasted as bad as it looked. It should resemble a delicious sunrise croissant, but instead, it appeared like a poorly formed ball.

Hardee's is clean, efficient, good family food .their business is a good asset to any comunity..

I love Hardees. I think they have the best tasting food of any of the other fast food places around. But, their prices are so high, I can't afford to go there. You do get what you pay for though.

Prices for the amount of food you get are very bad. Good thing the 1/2 tsp of sour cream was free. Not much of a reason to cone back here anymore.
