I didn't have anything wrong with my order and the food was great.

I will say the sta... read more While the bathrooms can get dirty at times and I haven’t dined inside here since 2019, I’ve gone here for to-go orders many times since then. I will say the staff at this Panera is absolutely top-tier. It’s some of the best in the area. I have never had an incorrectly prepared “messed up” order from this Panera. The worst I’ve seen from this location is them improperly closing a soup container and it staining the carpeted mat in my car. But that was at the end of 2019 or very early 2020, and I’ve never had anything like that since. However, I will say that several times, they have reported an order is ready before they even started preparing it. This was not a good thing when I was in a rush, which has happened several times.

Also the sandwiches I got were horrible, very low grade quality not fresh ingredients and we're very cold. staff were friendly when I came to pick it up. prices normal for the area. inside seemed clean and organized. overall not the greatest food so probably won't get it again.

It was absolutely putrid tasting, completely inedible. Definitely would not recommend wasting your money. A can of soup islike 5x cheaper and actually edible.
