Was placed on hold for over 6 minutes just to be told that their not taking call in orders. when asked why even put me on hold she says they were taking calls in but stopped while they had me on hold so it was pretty much fuk me and my order.??‍ so I'll be taking a break from there ? definitely during the afternoon shifts.

I'm not sure how I would get lettuce on a sandwich thay doesn't come with it of I asked for tomato. Also unsure of how I seem to have food missing from my order that I never thought to check their work its just sandwiches) to get home which is a 40 minute drive for me) amd be missing food like French fries I ordered and paid for. Unbelievable. I had even seen an employee argue with a customer who asked for something they forgot to put on his sandwich. The food is delicious. However, they need to pay attention to theor work.

Unfortunately, t... read more The customer service was excellent! We arrived about an hour before closing time and ordered a pizza, a Philly cheesesteak, and meatball sauce. Unfortunately, the food was slightly cold and had a burnt, chemical taste. It's disappointing because I was really trying to impress my wife with how great Zeros is—I often eat at the Portsmouth location, which is much better.

It's a frequent weekend stop for us. I love how all employees smile when I have to ring the bell on the vault. My meal is always the way it should be, even if it is not always consistent to jump quantities. For a gas station, food stop they are friendly enough and fast enough with still a few good tastes. If I was a high schooler seeking employment, this place seems to be satisfied.
