If every sweet frog is celebrating/hosting an event and you?re the only one that?s not, it?s a little suspicious. Also why not tell your customers that before they go to pay? Also you should be able to take a phone number for the rewards. It was clear from the responses from the employees that they didn?t really care. View all feedback.
I absolutely loved it! I took my 5 and 8-year-old daughters, and we had a great time choosing our own flavors and toppings. After selecting, they weigh the treat, you pay, and then you can enjoy it. We sat inside, where the atmosphere is really nice and the decor is colorful. My girls had a fantastic time. They also give you a punch card—once you fill it up, you get a free treat! It’s a wonderful place to take your family for a little treat. Seeing the smiles on my kids’ faces was priceless. Thank you!

Our family visits Sweet Frog as frequently as we can because we all love the wide variety of options available. Everything is delicious and fresh. The atmosphere is family-friendly and creates a joyful environment. You really need to give it a try; you have no idea what you're missing!
I really enjoy Sweet Frog in general, but many of the toppings tasted old or stale. I think I’ll stick with the one in Newport News!
This is our favorite family spot for frozen yogurt. My daughter absolutely loves it here, and the service is excellent. All the toppings are well-stocked, and the place is always clean. I highly recommend this place for families and kids!
