I don’t know if it’s new management or what but they closing stalls at a certain time, card only, the ice cream machine has been down everyday this week, drinks only “we are out of burgers” this is observed a waste of money and time !!!! What happen? Sonic was just better last month and the young lady at the window was so sweet I see her every time I come through I try my best not to give her a hard time the receipt... I ordered a Chocolate Covered Strawberry Shake that’s on the board. It’s the shake that was promoted as the “Reba Shake”.On two attempts to obtain the actual shake, I was handed two different shakes and neither one represented the actual shake.This is the second shake that was handed to me, along with my purchase receipt.Now with all due respect, does that look like the order I received?No. I was given a chocolate shake.I’m driving to Chesapeake and I live in Suffolk, just to order the shake I want.I wasn’t going back to the location, nor would it be in my best interest to ask for the shake again. I was probably talked about and something smart said about the fact that it was incorrect in the first place.I trashed the shake when I got home.I never touched it.It was to be a small not a medium.Opportunity to display good quality customer service on product knowledge was missed.
Ordered 2 small chocolate shakes.Got a small strawberry with chocolate chunks in it and a chocolate shake with strawberries in it. Yuck. Not going back to this Sonic ever again!!!!!

Last night was the first time I took my 4 grandchildren here for take out. They got the order right but service was very slow, and, yuck, my grandson found a long dark hair in his burger
