As a small business owner myself, I am disappointed by the lack of customer service we experienced from this restaurant. Unfortunately, we only received a portion of the food we ordered, which may have been taken by the delivery driver. When we reached out to the restaurant for assistance, we were told that they couldn't help us and to contact DoorDash instead. While the food we did receive was good, the poor customer service resulted in a two-star rating. I understand the challenges restaurants face when working with delivery services, but there should be a better way to address issues directly with the restaurant.

It was the best service we've had in a long time. The food was hot and delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

The food arrived promptly, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations for a chain restaurant. Even my 6 year old refused to eat the Mac and Cheese.

The taste was unappetizing and one bite wa... read more The Fish and Chips were terrible. They consisted of four small fish fillets that resembled frozen grocery store fish. The taste was unappetizing and one bite was more than enough. The Guac Loaded Guac Smashed Burger was also underwhelming. It did not resemble the picture and lacked the promised "loaded" toppings. The Loaded Cheese Fries were decent, but could have used a larger serving of ranch dipping sauce.
