What LJVegan doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
I have found meat in my sofritas bowl twice now. The staff doesn't seem to be concerned or take the issue seriously. However, when they do fix the mistake, the food is delicious. View all feedback.
It is small, and the parking lot is narrow, but the music, the eating and the whole mood are worth the little inconvenience. Hopefully they can get more employees to help with cleaning and storage quickly because they are very busy.
Typically decent eating, but constantly strong under personal. often they are not able to fulfill mobile they order simultaneously and exclude an option. the orders are often delayed far beyond the promised time because they have only two or three employees with lines to the door.
Order was not ready when we arrived for pickup. They said they didn’t see the receipt when it came through. We ordered brown rice and they gave us white rice, which wasn’t cooked thoroughly. Fajita vegetables were missing from order.
4 workers present, but 13 people in line and only ONE of the 4 employees taking orders (one at register and the other 2 trying to keep busy doing not much useful! Should have ordered take out 1 hour ago. Will Not return to this horribly managed location!
DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT go to this restaurant. Arrived at 7:53pm for an online order that was placed and paid for to be told, oh we're closed. I proceed to ask how do I get my money back.... she states you need to go online to Chipotle corporate to request a refund. I mean if you're closed, you should atleast close the online website for orders so you won't be taking your potential customers money. Unbelievable.
