This is how we heard of it in the Rough Guide and as we were doing some birding in the local rice paddies decided to give it a try. The big open dining room was maybe a quarter full when we arrived, the welcome was good and we were given a table with a white cloth and proper napkins. The best sandwiches in the region. the excellent chivito. Good service. very spacious place with terrace. prices a little above the average.
Essential car. easy to park in the parking lot of the customers. You have to be willing to a very high-level Valencian food. rice, schini.

Today Saturday April we've been eating a Valencian paella, I've eaten a lot of paellas and I have to say it's the best paella I've ever eaten.
