So embarrassing story.. I bought the mango dragonfruit lemonade from this Starbucks which was so good but as I entered class, I put the drink on a table along with my laptop and notes. All of a sudden, the table peg collapsed and my drink flew onto my notes and laptop. Never buying from this Starbucks again. It's cursed. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
Staff are friendly and try their best, but they never understand my order! I have been there about 10 times, out of which in 5 I got the wrong thing. Today was a chocolate croissant instead of the cheddar croissant I ordered. Yesterday was a chocolate chip frappuccino instead of my java chip frappuccino. I've been on the hunt for reusable tumblers for a few weeks now. When I reached out to the store, the employee I spoke with was extremely friendly and well-informed. She told me that they didn’t have any in stock at the moment, but she took my details and made a note for the manager. A few days later, the manager called to let me know that my order was ready. When I went to pick it up, the staff at the store were fantastic. Overall, it was a smooth and wonderful experience. I’ll definitely order again. Thank you!
The service I received was surprisingly poor, especially for a Starbucks. The barista seemed rushed and placed my croissant on a wet counter. She also handed me milk along with an uncomfortable attitude. There was no apology given. I expected better service, especially considering I paid for my order. I really value good and polite service.

However, as I walked into class, I set my drink down on a table alongside my laptop and notes. Suddenly, the table leg gave out, and my drink spilled all over my notes and laptop. I definitely won't be buying from this Starbucks again—it's cursed!
Good service and products. Feel as they need the Starbucks app for easier ordering and the service needs to keep up with there online orders.
I don't usually leave reviews like this but I was blown away by the attitude of one barista today, the young petite brunette. She was incredibly short and rude, answered my one simple question with an eye roll and a huff and then same reaction again when my Starbucks app didn't go through. I know everyone has bad days but it makes me so disappointed to receive service like this. This does not reflect the starbucks I know or the Laurentian community at large.
