Stopped in to get a coffee in the drive thru and I was very very disappointed.Aomehow, I never learn. I have stopped at the McDonalds in Sudbury before and was seldom pleased with the service. This time it was atrocious. 46 minutes to get a coffee??? This has to be a record in the " how NOT to better serve your clients handbook "I am sure the Corporation is unaware otherwise they would have gotten rid of this manager a LONG time ago. Some staff appear to be under trained if trained at all.Shame on you McDonald's, you should be embarrassed.
Slowest service I've ever experienced. Not even an acknowledgement for the wait. Might as well go to Tim Hortons
Slow inefficient service. Twenty minutes for a happy meal and wrap is a bit much. Could maintain cleanliness a bit better also
The worst McDonald's in townI would prefer to drive to the other end of the city if it meant my order would be correct and my food would be hot.
The restaurant is consistsntly a pig sty. How is the kitchen? No thanks Ronnie.
