McDonald's - Sudbury

I came to this restaurant last night around 11:30pm, and this amazing person served me my food with a great smile and over all great service! I didn't get the name, but I wish I had because the service was great! I am sad that I could not get the name but I hope to get this great service from this night person! Thank you Katrina B

Hadn't been to McDonald's in a few years but came in this Saturday morning at 6:45 for a quick breakfast to start off a busy day; warmly greeted at counter by Caitlin, a pleasant

Our experience was consistent with what one expects from this restaurant chain. Friendly staff, hot food, clean dining room.

So we walked in to McDonald's for a family breakfast and the manager, or a lady wearing a white uniform shirt, greeted us from the middle of the floor. We proceeded to go and sit down and noticed that the floor was covered in a sticky substance. The lady in the white shirt explained that the staff were on break so it could not be cleaned at the moment. We then went to sit down and noticed all of the tables were covered in lettuce and crumbs. We asked to have a table cleaned to sit at and continued to order on our own. I guess the big breakfast is no longer a meal and McChicken sauce is not available on the breakfast menu but we got the order placed. While we waited for our order I attempted to bring my young daughter into the play room but she screamed in terror explaining that she was scared of the bugs that surrounded the entrance. Finally we were called up to go and get our food as the lady in the white shirt and the employees laughed and played in the back. We had to ask a second time to have the table cleaned. It was finally done. My daughter still would not come and sit as there were bugs around the table too. I then went to get a high chair for my youngest daughter and they were all sticky and covered in crumbs. Again, we were told that we would have to wait to have it cleaned until staff got back from break. I then went to drink my coffee and the coffee I ordered came iced cold and when I went to return it and ask for a new and hot coffee, the cashier explained he would make another pot. While we waited for my coffee a lady came in crying and all of the staff came in and started hugging her while other customers were waiting to be served. My family began to eat our cold food and a crew member busted put a mop and tried mopping under the table we were eating at. I had to ask him to wait to do this until after we had finished. I don't usually eat at McDonalds but I remember when I used to work there, things needed to be clean and we had a 3 minute rule to have customers served, eating and happy. This rule obviously does not exist anymore and my family will never eat here again.

Today at 12:52 pm. The pumpius male cashier with the glasses just totally made thus lunch experience a disaster. I placed my order . I asked for extra pickles on my burger. His comment with a big gasp if air as he appeared to be annoyed . Said ya. The once at the window I asked to confirm my order. I as he said it he rolled his eyes. I then asked if they still had the 2 apple pies as a special. He starred at me like to say "are you serious".He said that will be $1.45So the he totaled my order after I paid him for ghe first items His math was; asking me for and extra $1 overall. Bad math .. bad attitude.
