They cook their food 20 minutes beforehand and give you no condiments on anything they give you. Just plain, dry burgers, doesn't matter what you order. This location should be shut down as well, simply due to how unclean it is, let alone the service issues I just mentioned. There’s a sign in the window that if you scan the QR code, you will get free food if you give a 5 star rating. All 5 star ratings before mine should be deleted and the sign taken down. This does not give honest reviews. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Your chicken nuggets have given MULTIPLE people I know major food poisoning in the last week. I will be reporting this to the health department here in sudbury. No point in reporting it to mcdonalds because you people wont do anything. You were made aware that these nuggets are making people sick last week and your still selling them.
