East Side Mario's Sudbury (algonquin)

The food was very tasty and large portion size. I really appreciate such restaurants because they remain loyal to traditional recipes and the food is always on the point. Our server was very friendly and attentive and always ensured that we take care of it. It was a great experience, thank you.

Service was friendly. The food was delicious. Had the Italian wedding soup as my app and it was amazing. All food was top notch. There was a mistake from the kitchen on my pizza, which wasn't a big problem, but my girlfriend was going to finish her food before my really arrived. I have seen restaurants brush this as not a big deal, but they realized the mistake, managers/supervisor come to table to apologize and credited my bill. This seems like customer service 101, but is largely brushed off as just a mistake in many restaurants today and the customer is expected to accept, but this East Side Mario 's did the right thing and it made me feel that they had up to a mistake. Thank you. I will return to enjoy delicious Italian cuisine and great customer service.

After the administration had a bad experience with a waitress some time ago, she showed great interest and care while listening to our concerns. They also explained some changes and how they have been working on improving the experience of costumers since the last visit to the restaurant. Since this could sound so good and we have always been a fan of ESM, we decided to try again. You didn't disappoint us. The food, the environment and the service were great. It's always worth going back to East Side Mario's.

The Algonquin restaurant has always been a great place to eat. What I enjoy most is that when you order, they bring you everything you eat salad as well as a small bread. It's a great appetizer while you wait. You don't sit there hungry and wait an hour for your food. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is great! I would recommend everything on the menu, but I always enjoy the pasta.

Had the shrimp scampi and fries..After a long stressed day of travelling it was nice eat in peace at a yummy place..first timer to east side Mario's
