Contribute Feedback What Linda K likes about A&W Restaurant:
The prices at this restaurant continue to increase. While I enjoy the food, it may be more worthwhile to dine at a higher-end sit-down restaurant for the same price unless you have coupons. I used to frequent this place, but now I prefer going to fancier restaurants for better value. At these other establishments, you can choose from a variety of sides instead of being limited to just fries or onion rings. View all feedback.
What Elody Bartell doesn't like about A&W Restaurant:
I went to order a grilled chicken and was informed that A&W no longer offers it. The staff were impolite and it took me 35 minutes just to get a small order. The fries were unsalted and the prices were high. It wasn't terrible, but nothing to be impressed by either. View all feedback.
The chocolate shake at this restaurant is nothing more than chocolate-flavored water with ice. It was terrible! I spent over $4.00 for a small size (including $3.59 for tax) and it was a complete waste. It shouldn't even be called a shake because it is not made with ice cream.

Interesting enough I only decided to review because the strips might get away with being called near chicken. While there appears to be little chunks of chicken in the strips, there is a lot of something other than chicken meat in there. Perhaps it is solidified chicken paste. However they were hot. The BBQ sauce was ok. I like A&W root beer so that was a plus too. Will stick to burgers on any future visits. Another redeeming thing is their breakfast is a good value.
Ordered chicken strips and onion rings around 9:15 pm through the drive thru. Was told up front that the wait would be 5 minutes for fresh ones. No problem. They were hot and delicious. Kudos to the staff for warning me they would be hot because they sure were.
