Was Hannah Dörfelt at Dough&co Woodfired Pizza Sudbury a mag?
Clean, good atmosphere with friendly staff. There was wheelchair access, and a lift. The Toilets were clean and well appointed. Most importantly, the food, that was really tasty. I didn't think the portions would be large enough, but surprisingly they were. They were just the right size and everything was really yummy. That extra attention to the details/ingredients in the food made all the difference. We all said we... View all feedback.
What Daniel Joseph dislikes about Dough&co Woodfired Pizza Sudbury:
I wouldn't recommend this place. I waited 90 minutes for a delivery, even though I was told it would take an hour. It was difficult to cancel my order or get a refund. They clearly seem to be understaffed. Food: 1/5, Service: 1/5, Atmosphere: 1/5. View all feedback.

The service was absolutely fantastic, the food was delightful, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the prices were very affordable! It made for a wonderful evening!
The pizzas were delicious, though they didn't quite reach the level of a traditional Italian pizzeria like Franco Manca or Pizza Pilgrims. However, they are definitely very good for Suffolk. The variety of topping options was impressive, and the quality of the ingredients was excellent. Service was a bit slower for the two of us, but I suspect they prioritize deliveries during the evening. The interior and ambiance were lovely, and I would recommend it if you're nearby.
The staff seemed overwhelmed, primarily with take-out orders. We waited 15 minutes before anyone took our order, even though we were the only customers at the time! Considering we had made a reservation in advance, we were quite disappointed with the reception we received.
Very slow service, although this was recognized with some free oliven. pasta was very over boiled, dry. You think we forgot. others came in after us and got their food quickly.
Really cold and we ate our meal with our coats on. Waitress said the heating would not go any higher. Only one waitress on duty, very slow service.
At Dough Co, diners can experience a mixed bag of services and cuisine. While some rave about the friendly atmosphere, delicious food, and good portion sizes, others express frustration over slow service, particularly during peak takeaway times. Patrons highlight the quality of ingredients in their pizzas and pastas, noting their flavorful offerings, though the execution sometimes falls short of expectations. Accessibility features, including wheelchair access and clean facilities, receive praise. Overall, while the restaurant shows promise with tasty dishes and a welcoming vibe, consistency in service and delivery times may deter repeat visits for some.

I had a terrible experience with the food at this restaurant. The pizza was disturbingly unappetizing, and when I mentioned it to the waitress, she insisted that it was supposed to taste that way! The bruschetta starter was just two small pieces of pizza dough—definitely not ciabatta—topped with a few cherry tomatoes and drenched in balsamic vinegar. I've never seen bruschetta like that before; it must have cost no more than 20p to prepare, yet it was priced at £7.50. The avocado salad was also very small and heavily marinated in balsamic vinegar. On the plus side, the staff were kind and understanding about the poor quality of our food, and they did significantly reduce our bill. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 4.

Do not order delivery unless you call in 3 hours before you want it. Alternatively pay £50 for two cold slightly congealed pizza. Feel so bad for the staff Service: Take out Price per person: £20–30
