I had breakfast everyday some lunch and dinner during my stay, I enjoyed the food each time, no matter my choice from the menu.

I asked him to bring my unfinished bottle of... read more Poor service (apalling really) Waiter seemed to have want to be elsewhere. Never once returned to top up my glass. I asked him to bring my unfinished bottle of wine and water and a glassto my room and he grabbed the three of them in one hand and followed me to the lift. I gave up and took them myself from him. Average food Minuscule bowl of Bernaise sauce, uninspiring and bland schnitzel. Nice beetroot salad. Unpleasant atmosphere Self important ‘business men’ wearing the ubiqutuous black tracksuui bottoms blearing their business conversations with total disregard for others.

Since we were regulars, we decided... read more We've ordered a special Christmas menu-to go- and they forgot to pack the sides, but my mum handled the situation very well. Since we were regulars, we decided to tell them next time we'll have lunch there. Today, we arrived there and told the waitress about the situation-very politely. We've also ordered the food, and my dad-since he is a vegan- asked for broccoli instead of meat for his salad. When asked for the check, at the end, not only they did not deduct those sides nor offered anything complementary, but did include the extra broccoli in the check. It looks like the people there are money-oriented instead customer-oriented. Zero tips and never come back.
