If there was an option for Zero, i would choose it. We returned uncooked pork, waiter came out to ask what the problem is and to tell me that they will charge me for a meal we returned and didn’t take anything instead. If there was an example of unprofessional behavior, this would be it. Every professional establishment would offer something along with the apologies, they opted to yell at customers.
