Very relaxed restaurant right at the lake. Apparently they are specialized in freshwater fish. The fish soup and stew which seem to be their signature dishes are rather average but the portions are huge so it easily feeds 2 people. The various grilled fish are better although a bit fatty, and definitely a lot. The staff is super nice and the prices are fair. There is inside and outside seating. View all feedback.

“Riblja Čarda” restaurant is located on the very shore of Lake Palić. You can choose a table outdoors or inside the restaurant. If you are inside the restaurant you can feel like you are traveling through time, reverting several decades back. Excellent fish paprikash, huge portion, 3-4 to eat as an appetizer, grilled trout top. The ambience is beautiful, the waiters are friendly and very nice. During the summer season you can choose a table even on the shore of the lake and enjoy the beautiful view. Sunsets looks great from there. Those are positive sides. I have been there several times. Service is usually slow and the food could be better. You can eat much better fish specialties elsewhere. But the atmosphere here is unique so, enjoy the moments here not the food :
