Our food was excellent, in possibly too large quantity but beautifully cooked and presented. A lovely Catalan restaurant, making no word of Castillano on the menu. In the heart of the Penedes wine region, what more can I say.

Perfect hotel for a night's rest while travelling south. Clean, comfortable and friendly. The whole process, p... read more This is the best place in Spain for food. Everything here is so fresh , they present everything fresh in front of you from cheese to meats. The whole process, presentation, quality and flavours are incredible. Things which you can't miss here : 1. Freshly scrapped parmesan 2. Freshly scrapped ham 3. Pepper with aubergine and anchoives 4. Fish carpaccio And last but not the least... The highlight was the big fish which is to catch of the day... They fully cover it in seasalt and keep it in the oven for 45 mins and then remove the salt and the skin of the fish in front of you and present it with tomato , potato and zucchini this fish is outrageously good). The staff is also very good and with lovely service and presentation skills Overall an amazing experience but little bit on the expensive side but totally worth it
